body detox, you relax your system and feed your system with essential minerals, vitamins and nutrients while

natural detox. You can practice this for

* Hazel Parcells, in his book "Baths to Detoxify" suggests that a warm bath is the best and the most effective way for a
natural detox. This is believed to enhance the acidic level in your system. It is also believed to improve your immunity inexplicably. Just fill your bath tub with hot water. Let the temperature of the water be within your tolerable limits. Add 2 drops of apple cedar vinegar. Just stay in the water till the water cools. Such a bath before sleep just refreshes you and detoxifies your body while you sleep. Make sure that you don’t take a bath for the next 4-5 hours.
* Take 8-10 glasses of distilled water when you are taking up a natural detox. Make sure that you follow this for a maximum time frame of 2 weeks and not more. At other times, just go ahead with filtered water.
* Cut down on your food intake to the maximum possible extent. Take raw vegetables. Go in for fibrous vegetables. Stop having protein rich food for that may slow down the detoxification.
* Try to have at least 10 grams of soluble fiber like oats before you go to bed everyday. That is an effective way of natural detox that you can take up with ease.
* Take one half of lemon. Squeeze the juice and mix it with a glass of water and drink everyday for a
clear easy natural detox.
* Do take fish which is rich in omega-3.
* Have some nuts everyday. They are the source of vitamins and antioxidants that assist in
natural detoxification of your system.
Given the above steps for a natural detox, you may try to implement them practically. On doing so, if you have a diarrhea/nausea, just don’t get tensed. These are common symptoms that show up when you opt for
detoxification.
